What it is like to work Here!

Our people are problem-solvers, risk-takers, and believers in what ordinary people can do when given the right tools. You will work in small, tight teams. You will see results fast or you will fail fast and learn faster. You will spend time in the field, not just in offices. We invest in you. That means real professional development, mentoring, and the space to grow into bigger roles. Several of our current leadership team started as field officers or coordinators. We promote from within when we can.

Our Commitment to Diversity, Inclusion & Dignity

Ethos: We believe the strength of IFRAD is in the diversity of our team backgrounds, languages, experiences, abilities, genders, and perspectives. We are committed to being a workplace where: Women and youth lead. Not as token representation, but in strategic roles. Our current leadership spans both.We value local expertise. We centre local knowledge and hire first from the communities we serve. Disability is not a barrier. We adapt our workplace and our work to include people with disabilities.  Experience matters more than pedigree. A community mobiliser with 5 years of real field work will beat a fresh graduate with a fancy degree every time.
