Ssempijja Julius holds a Bachelors of Arts in Economics degree from Makerere University and is the programmes assistant at International Foundation for Recovery and Development (IFRAD) in Ntinda. Julius is a dynamic and well-motivated youth with over two years’ experience in Research, Policy and Advocacy, Women empowerment, Resource Mobilization and Social justice in Uganda. He provides administrative and logistical support for projects, initiatives, and programs with IFRAD.
He also serves as and holds leadership roles as the mobiliser and monitor of Blac youth development group that aim at securing startup capital for the youth from Blac micro financiers association (BMFA) at Buganda sub-county and, Chairman Youth Movement at Mitala Maria Catholic Church.
He aims to empower youth in key strategic areas and enable them to take advantage of opportunities for small business within their local communities.
